Using 20 years' experience in HR and training she helps clients to develop HR policy and practices that set the tone and standard for working together, designs and delivers training programmes which stretch and develop employees and coaches individuals to improve their confidence and performance.
Catherine worked in a variety of strategic and operational roles before setting up her own consultancy, gaining experience of the hospitality, air cargo and logistics sectors. The success of every business relies on its people. That's why it is important to harness employee potential, using proactive practices to engage and develop staff and also dealing quickly and effectively with any emerging people issues.
